This week, it’s Australia’s ABC that churns out the largest selection of new shows, including brand new comedy and drama. But the most significantly raised eyebrow will probably go to season two of Fargo, either from FX over in the US or the far easier way via Netflix.
This week it’s the CW’s turn to crank out an endless pile of fall season series, and being the CW, this means a lot of zombies, vampires and super heroes wearing spandex. At the other end of the Atlantic, ITV take it a little more seriously, while the BBC hit us again with another hilarious season of Have I Got News For You.
More than a week after the American fall season madness began, there are still a pile of new series’ and seasons to keep almost everyone happy. And this time we have no less than three apocalypse stories for your entertainment, as well as a headless horseman, and a reminiscing sitcom from the BBC.
Well, the US Fall Season is in top gear this week, which means a whole pile of new shows or seasons across a plethora of American television networks. It’s worth keeping in mind though that a lot of them can also be enjoyed in higher quality and on more devices via Hulu Plus – and with no commercials either under the right plan.
This week on Four Corners, pretty much everything is overshadowed by the beginning of Doctor Who’s new season, which is a real pity as there are a few other gems out there, with our personal favourites being the new 800 Words from Australia’s Seven Network and ITV’s long awaited final season of Downton Abbey.
